Recognise, transform and use them to live better
An experiential workshop to explore our relationship with emotions through photography and coaching in order to develop self-awareness and the ability to manage ourselves to transform experiences into desired outcomes.
With Damiana Kralj and Eleonora Oleotto ( www.eleonoraoleotto.com )
The day is a journey to explore emotions starting by paying attention, recognising them in the moment and reflecting on how they manifest in our lives; testing non-verbal ways in which we communicate emotions; harvesting useful information from the experience, learning about our relationship with our own emotions and creating individual maps of our journey. The day closes with a tool allowing us to harness our positive emotions for better everyday living.
The workshop is highly experiential:
Concepts will be practised trough movement, drawing, writing and mindfulness exercises, which will be complemented by Eleonora's photographs. Comfortable clothing and shoes to allow movement are recommended. Yoga mats are also welcome but not essential.
