Stress and immunity with focus on winter ailments
The first in this series will explore the background and physiology of our stress response, the influences on this and the connections between it and our immune system health - looking in a wider way at the impact of our social and environmental structures on our health.
The workshop will share knowledge around supporting our immune health with plant medicine, practices and other tools and approaches that can connect us in community health and offer strength and solidarity in self and mutual care.
We will focus in particular on seasonal immune health, learning about remedies for the respiratory system and winter ailments as we go into the cold season.
