Community Health & Herbal Medicine - Bodywork

  • Walworth Garden 206 Manor Place London, England, SE17 3BN United Kingdom (map)

This experimental weekend lab looks at different ways of sensing into, touching and connecting through the body, including a look at basic anatomy & physiology, some different cross-cultural maps of the body and touch healing traditions, with conversation about avoiding cultural appropriation.

In safe space, we can be explore different approaches mostly using touch through clothing, and/or with some directly on the skin, with the option to sit out at any point if any exploration doesn’t speak to you. Open to anyone, whether you are new to therapeutic touch or want to deepen connection and/or share of your own practise. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
