Herbal Medicine - Plant medicine, stress & immunity

For anyone who has previously participated in an Introduction to Herbal Medicine workshop, or who has a particular interest in any of the advanced sessions outlined below.

Working with stress, how it affects us and its connection with immune health in our daily and cyclical lives. This workshop will explore physiological, emotional and systemic challenges to our individual and collective health situations and look at our abilities to support ourselves and each other in response to the world we live in.

We will explore the role and effects of stress, share approaches to promoting positive immune health and dealing with common health challenges in home and community, and discover specific herbs and preparations we can use in these situations including looking at the role of herbs classed as adaptogen.

All welcome - whether you’re new to some of these ideas/conversations or want to contribute of your own body of knowledge.
