Friday 13 18:00 - 21:00 & Saturday 14 10:00 - 17:00
This experimental weekend lab looks at different ways of sensing, touching and connecting through the body.
Including a look at basic anatomy & physiology, some different cross-cultural maps of the body and touch healing traditions, with conversation about avoiding cultural appropriation.
In a safe space we will explore different approaches, mostly using touch through clothing and/or with some touching directly on the skin,
with the option to sit out at any point if any exploration doesn’t work for you.
Open to anyone, whether you are new to therapeutic touch or want to deepen connection and/or share of your own practise. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
