This workshop will share information about a range of kitchen and wild growing herbs we can use for common ailments.
We’ll learn about all the various preparation methods, do one in-depth group herb study and a local herb walk to identify some medicinal plants growing in the garden and neighbourhood.
We’ll look at some of the history and politics of herbal medicine, and at the wider paradigms and practices of holistic approaches to health and to using plants.
All welcome, whether you are completely new to herbal medicine or want to deepen your connection and/or share of your own knowledge/experiences.
