Living Zero Waste
Join Natalie, a self-made influencer and doctor, living in London who specialises in environmental sustainability advice for busy people to start your new year off in the right way and pave the way to a waste free life. Perfect if you’re living in our unforgiving city of London or have a really active lifestyle and don’t know how to start your journey into sustainability. Natalie will take you through small changes you can implement into your life to begin your journey into zero waste living.
You will learn:
How to make bags out of your old T-shirts
Newspaper bin liners (origami-style folded newspaper that get rid of the need for plastic bags to line bins)
Kitchen sponges - filling made up of the off-cuts of the t-shirts
Waste Audit work sheet - Where participants look at areas of their life that create rubbish and try to come up with solutions. I find that when people start going zero waste they have a lot of questions that are specific to their lives so I thought this would be good time to tackle lots of questions and set up a tool for them to take home.
