Join Ella and journey through the elements using gentle body and breath work, creative visualisations and meditations to dive deep into our human experience, supported by the beautiful surrounds of Walworth Garden on this unique, urban mini-retreat in our London town.

Starting with earth as our foundation, we will begin the practice and exploration of yoga (union) as experienced through our connection to earth as the basic force of creation.
We then move to the element of water, how is it felt both within and around us? What are we able to 'flow with' in life? Where is our resistance, and how can we ease into it?

Beyond water, we will stoke the inner fires of our passion as we travel into the more dynamic element of fire. What ignites us? How can we learn to transmute our anger into passion and our impatience into acceptance?

Air then becomes the vehicle of flight to deepen our elemental experience through the power of a yogic approach, and practice. What fills our sails and blows us forward into better connection with both the natural world, and our own inner landscape? How can the element of air be harnessed to heal and inspire us in our day-to-day lives?

Beyond this, and all becomes oh so subtle! Ether is our final destination... can this element actually be experienced within a human body? In fact, what even is it? Can we tap into the force of sonic spaciousness?

Meet Ella White

"What is yoga? I try to ask myself this question regularly to maintain a connection to the core, the reason I choose to practice – whatever that practice may look like to me in that particular moment. The more I become conscious of my breathing in the day to day, and work with it in practice, the more I experience yoga working through me.With breath as the bridge there is more spaciousness, a stilling around any emotional difficulty or mental anxiety and an acceptance of physical limitation. The more I allow myself to move with the breath, the more joy in embodiment I am able to reveal. The more complete the experience of living only here, and now. So, here is my yoga – this is what I am practicing and hope others will join me in the breathing space too."
