Living Zero Waste
We hear everywhere that the planet is in trouble, the oceans are full of plastic and it’s a climate emergency, but what can we as individuals actually do about it?
In this workshop you will learn all about living a Zero Waste lifestyle and achievable ways that you can reduce waste in your life and minimise the impact on the environment. Learn how to reuse and recycle common everyday items and find out how to make your day to day life more sustainable.
You will need:
One old t-shirt you no longer wear
A photo of the contents of your weekly bin bag.
Natalie is a full time NHS doctor in London, and runs the website and instagram Zero Waste Doc where she shows busy people how to lead a more sustainable life even when time is short. She shares how you can cut waste and reduce your carbon footprint no matter what your season of life.
