 Home > Delivery information

To help keep you growing, we are offering a free contactless kerbside delivery service of plants and gardening essentials to the local community.

We will only accept orders of £75 or more to within a 4 mile radius of the Garden. You can check if you are within this radius on any item page on our shop.

Unfortunately we are unable to post items outside of these postcodes, however if you're based in London we may be able to deliver a large order for a delivery fee - email sales@walworthgarden.org.uk for more information before ordering.

Click and Collect

A Click and Collect service is available for all orders with no minimum spend - please select this option at checkout.

What to expect when you order from us

We will email to confirm your delivery has been prepared and again when it’s on its way to you (we deliver every Friday).

You will get a call from a withheld (No Caller ID) number when we are delivering your order, please answer this call so we can confirm you have received your order. Failure to answer will result in your order coming back to the garden.

As goods cannot be signed for, if we need to we will photograph a delivery once it is completed as a record to ensure no items were missed.

Refunds + other issues

We are on hand to give you the best possible advice we can about your plants, before and after purchase. Please see our returns policy here.

We've tried to make sure plant photos are as clear and honest as possible, but please be aware that plants are living things, and plant to plant variation means they may not always look exactly like the one photographed.

We welcome returns of plastic nursery pots for the plants you purchased from us, as long as the pots are clean and free of labels or writing, we reserve the right to turn down a nursery pot return if pots are unclean, haven't come from us or if we have run out of room.

If you have an issue placing an order or want to discuss a delivery outside of the above postcodes please email sales@walworthgarden.org.uk
