We are so grateful for all the dedicated volunteers who have kept us growing through the years, and proudly continue offering the opportunity for volunteers to give back, grow, and form long-lasting relationships with our community and the environment.

Learn new skills
We’re looking for volunteers with some degree of existing plant and gardening knowledge, who we can support to excel. You’ll pick up our horticultural tricks of the trade, and our organic, environment first approach to growing and gardening.
Join a community
As a volunteer, you’ll be a valued member of the Walworth Garden team. You’ll meet other like-minded locals, get insights to how we work together for the good of the community, and get some experience working in the industry.
Enjoy some perks
If volunteering for the day, we’ll welcome you to join our daily community vegan lunch. Tea and coffee is always available, and if you’re lucky there will be cake too! Volunteers also enjoy a 15% discount on all products in the plant centre.

After attending, we can invite you to join us in regular sessions.
Our inductions take place once a month, usually in the last week of the month. If no inductions are appearing it is likely that our next sets are already fully booked. Please join our mailing list below to be notified when more are available.
